During this time, Chef Lawrence was responsible for customizing menus and helping us eat healthy and maintain our diet goals. From the food service provided for the everyday, to much larger family gatherings and holidays, he met all our culinary needs.
When Chef Lawrence arrives to work, he is prepared and organized – and most importantly, comes with a great attitude. Working with Chef Lawrence is easy and enjoyable. Each meal is meticulously prepared and delicious.

For the past few years, I have had the pleasure of attending cooking classes conducted by Chef Lawrence Males. The classes were held in a professional kitchen with “hands on” instruction. Although I consider myself an experienced cook, the knowledge I obtained from these classes was invaluable. Chef Lawrence was not only excellent in explaining and demonstrating various methods and techniques being taught, but did so in a friendly and non-threatening manner. His style although very informative, was relaxed and very conducive to the learning process. All of the students actively participated and we proudly displayed and enjoyed the fruits of our labor after class. It was truly a joy to attend the classes.
I also had the pleasure of having Chef Lawrence as a personal chef in my home. To celebrate a special birthday, my husband arranged to have a cooking class conducted in our home. Chef helped my husband select a menu with all of my favorite foods to be included. To my surprise, 25 of my friends were gathered at my home with Chef Lawrence at the helm. With menu and recipes in hand, we all cooked a delicious meal that everyone helped to prepare. It was organized, delicious, neat and most of all fun. It was an evening I will always remember. Cooking with a large group is not something that is easy, but Chef pulled it off without a hitch and for weeks after, my friends phoned to tell me what a great time they had. I look forward to my kitchen renovation being completed so we can do this again.
Chef Lawrence is truly a joy to work with. He not only creates delicious meals, but his calming style encouraged us as students to explore our abilities and really enjoy cooking. I’ve witnessed him working well as a team member and no task or request is beyond him to get the job done.
It is my pleasure to recommend Chef Lawrence as an chef, personal chef and instructor. He is a pleasure to have worked with and a joy to know personally along with his lovely family.

“We have used Chef Lawrence’s services for multiple occasions, everything from private dinners to full on house parties. His menu is well thought out where each dish compliments the next, and his attention to detail makes for a wonderful presentation when served. At the end of the night our guests were very satisfied and were complimenting the food. For private dinners Chef Lawrence offers a wonderful experience offering up many choices of theme for your dinner which consists of 5 courses from appetizer to dessert. The Chef will also be happy to pair any of his meals with your favorite wines! . Once your dinner course has been chosen and a date set Chef Lawrence will take care of the rest.
